RMSA (Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan) in Sikar is the district-level office for the central government’s flagship scheme aimed at enhancing the quality and accessibility of secondary education (Classes 9–10). In recent years, RMSA has been integrated with Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) to form Samagra Shiksha, but the office is still widely referred to by its older name or as the ADPC (Additional District Project Coordinator) office.
