Collections Department Vacancy
As a member of the collections team, you’ll be part of a high-performing group responsible for systematic follow-ups and maintaining strong customer relations in Sikar. Key responsibilities include:
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers in Sikar RJ
• Achieving 100% collection efficiency for the portfolio
• Regular follow-ups and timely reminders for customers
• Facilitating various modes of repayment, including digital options
• Supporting the business team by ensuring high levels of collection efficiency

Operations/Back Office Role
In this role, you will need a deep understanding of customer needs. Your responsibilities will include:
• Generating new business in Sikar Rajasthan
• Liaising with different teams, including Credit, Legal, Technical, and Collections
• Managing relationships with existing customers.

Qualifications:
• Must have completed graduation in any field
• Prior experience in operations/collections is essential
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in Hindi and
• Willingness to travel within Sikar, as occasional visits to customer locations (10%) may be required
• A positive attitude is a must
