Collection Team Leader

The UCC Charge Collection Team Leader will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of collection executives to ensure timely and accurate collection of user charges from households, businesses, and institutions. This role involves monitoring daily collection activities, maintaining accurate records, resolving payment disputes, and ensuring achievement of monthly revenue targets while maintaining good customer relations.
